TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT : 11 TH PROSAPHIL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 5 TO 7 APRIL 2017 AT THE SKYLIGHT CONVENTION CENTER, ROXAS ST., PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PALAWAN

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold its 11th PROSAPHIL National Convention and Seminar on 5 to 7 April 2017 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Skylight Convention Center, Roxas St., Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the national convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only, including travel time.

Mr. Ismael A. Cuerdo, Jr., PROSAPHIL National President, shall submit a report on the national convention and seminar with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
