SUBJECT :

REGIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY (BY CLUSTER) ON 18 AND 19 AUGUST 2011 AT ALMENDRAS GYM, DAVAO CITY

In her letter dated 13 June 2011, Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), requests that the officers and members of the PACE Caraga Region be allowed to join the PACE Regional General Assembly (by cluster) on 18 and 19 August 2011 at Almendras Gym, Davao City (OCA Circular No. 71-2011 dated 01 June 2011) for Regions XI, XII and ARMM as the CARAGA Region is nearer to Davao City than in Dipolog City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Rafael shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA, regarding the assembly within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
