In view of the approved official travel of Ms. GRACE EVELYN A

(RR) No. 6, City of Manila and Palawan from May 18, 2026 to be signed by Ms. ANALYN S. CHU, Chief, Assessment Division: LACERNA, OIC-Assistant Regional Director (ARD), Revenue Region May 29, 2026, and in order not to disrupt the operations of RR No. 6 as the exigencies of the service so require, the following documents shall

1. Authority to Release Imported Goods (ATRIG)

3. Bills payment and List of Due and Demandable Accounts 2. Disbursement Voucher and Checks Payable Advice to Debit Accounts (LDDAP-ADA)

5. Other documents being issued and signed by Assistant 4. Certificate of Tax Practitioner Regional Director in the ordinary course of operations of the

Revenue Region.

This Order shall take effect on May 18, 2026 and shall be automatically revoked upon the return of oIc-Assistant Regional Director Grace Evelyn A. Lacerna, for official duty.
