In view of the approved Ieave of MR. SA'ADUDDIN L. MACARAMBON, OIC-Regional Director, Revenue Region No.18 -South Central Mindanao, from on December 26, 2025 to January 2,2026 and in order not to disrupt the operations of RR No.18,as the exigencies of the Service so require,MS. SHIRLEY S. PANES-RUIZ, Chief, Legal Division is hereby designated to perform the power and duties of Regional Director on all matters, except the following:

1.Letter of Authority; 2. Mission Order 4. Final Assessment Notice/ Formal Letter of Demand (FAN/FLD) 5. Final Decision on Disputed Assessment (FDDA) 6. Authority to Issue Refund 7.Subpoena Duces Tecum

9. Authority to Cancel Assessment (ATCA) for purposes of availment of tax amnesty 8.Tax Clearance other than for bidding purposes; and

This Order shall take effect on December 26,2025 and shall be automatically revoked upon the return of OIC-Regional Director Sa'aduddin L. Macarambon for official duty.
