Revenue Region No. 14- Eastern Visayas effective April 26, 2025, and to ensure the smooth continuity of operations within RR No. 14, as dictated by the exigencies of the service. JOSEPHINE B. 1. Letter of Authority 2 Mission Order 3 4 5 6. 7 Final Decision on Disputed Assessment (FDDA) Preliminary Assessment Notice (PAN) Final Assessment Notice (FAN)/Formal Letter of Demand (FLD) Letter of Termination All kinds of Refund (approval of reports and/or claims)
11. Signing of Warrant of Distraint and Levy 8. 9. 14. Notice of Levy of Real Property 16. Tax Clearance other than for bidding purposes 17. Authority to Cancel Assessment (ATCA) 10. Referral Letter for Criminal Complaints 12. Signing of Writ of Garnishment 13. Designated user of Elams/IRIS Access 15. Lifting of Warrants and Notices (NTL, NOL, NOE) 18. Purchase Order/Job Order for Procurement/Bid Documents Certificate of Tax Exemption of Cooperatives Subpoena Duces Tecum
20. Other documents being issued and signed by the Regional Director in the ordinary 19. Notice of Tax Lien course of operations of the Revenue Region
and indispensable in the speedy collection of intermal revenue taxes. OIC-ARD Catamco is also authorized to perform other act/s as are or may be necessary
This Order shall take effect on April 29, 2025 and shall be automatically Tevoked upon the designation of a new Regional Director.
