AN ACT DECLARING NOVEMBER 15 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE "ARAW NG ORIENTAL MINDORO", IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. November 15 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Oriental Mindoro, to be known as "Araw ng Oriental Mindoro", in commemoration of its foundation anniversary.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
