TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

LAST QUARTE BOARD MEETING ON DECEMBER 9-10, 2008 AT THE SUPREME COURT, OLD SESSION HALL

The officers of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its Last Quarter Board Meeting on December 9-10, 2008 at the Supreme Court, Old Session Hall.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shaii submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
