TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES IN THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS OF WESTERN VISAYAS AND THE BICOLANDIA REGION

SUBJECT : DIALOGUES ON THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE NEW RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

The Core Committee for the National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure has come up with the first draft of the new rules. In order to solicit comments from the different stakeholders, including trial court judges, Justice Roberto A. Abad, the Conference Chairman, will be holding several dialogues on the subject.

In connection therewith, the concerned first and second level court judges are hereby authorized to attend the following scheduled dialogues, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:

21 May 2013 (9:30 a.m.) Business Inn Hotel, Lacson Street, Bacolod City Judges in the first and second level courts of Western Visayas IBP Western Visayas

24 May 2013 (9:30 a.m) People's Hall, Albay Provincial Capitol, Rizal Street, Legazpi City Judges in the first and second level courts of the Bicolandia Region IBP Bicolandia

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, Secretary, Core Committee for the National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure, shall submit a copy of the attendance sheet of each dialogue to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within five (5) days from the conclusion of the dialogue.
