ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES '.AND ALL CITY JUDGES OF REGION 5

SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE AT THE BOARD MEETING AND REGIONAL DIALOGUE ON JUNE 13 AND 14, 1996 IN LEGASPI CITY

All officers and directors of the CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES as well as all city judges of Region 5 are hereby authorized to attend the board meeting and regional dialogue in Legaspi City on June 13 and 14, 1996.

The judges concerned are hereby authorized to attend the board meeting/ regional dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of. any cancelled hearing.

A report on .the attendance should be submitted to this; Office within ten (10) days from date of the board meeting / regional dialogue.
