ISSUANCE OF SEARCH WARRANT

This a reminder that search warrants may be issued at anytime provided that where an application for search warrant is filed after office hours, or during Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, the applicant shall be required to certify under oath the urgency of the issuance thereof after office hours, or during Saturdays, Sunday and legal holidays.

Please be guided accordingly.
