V-375 (Customs Case No . 71 - 34) imposing an admi - nistrative fine of 1�7 , 948 . 20 on the vessel MS "Taran - tel" for misdeclaration of the \\Ieight of her ca.rgo in violation of Section 2523 , in relation to Section 1005 , of the Tariff and Cus~oms Code . On October 16 , 1974 , a 11 i.:;ompromise Agreement 1' was filed by the parties wherein respondent agreed to reduce the fine to ?3 , 974 . 10 , which is 50;6 of the fine adj udged in the decision appealed from . Finding the imposition of the fine in this case , as finally decided by respondent , in accordance with law , the same is hereby affirmed . Accordingly , upon
