Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 95-00615 dated 2 August 1995, evidencing registration or the foreign direct investment of Hadsys Inc. & nominees, Japan in Hadsys Philippines Corporation, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
