ACTION TO RECOVER AMOUNT DUE TO A PARTNER ON DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.—From the Instance of Manila. The decision of this action depended upon the construction to be given to a clause in the articles of partnership. This clause is set forth in Machua vs. Chuidian, Buenaventura & Co. (2 Phil. Rep., 210), which is followed. Judgment reversed.
