SUBJECT :

QUARTERLY MEETING ON 1 - 2 DECEMBER 2011 AT THE SWISS INN RESTAURANT, PACO PARK, MANILA

The Officers and Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (METCJAP) will hold its Quarterly Meeting on 1 - 2 December 2011 at the Swiss Inn Restaurant, Paco Park, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the meeting.
