SUBJECT : CONSULTATION DIALOGUE ON 12 NOVEMBER 2015 IN TAGAYTAY CITY

The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office IV-A-Adoption Resource and Referral Section (DSWD FO IV-A-ARRS) will conduct a Consultation Dialogue on Adoption Program with Family Court Judges, selected Court Social Workers, Child Caring/Placing Agencies and Local Government Units of CALABARZON to be held on 12 November 2015, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in Tagayta'y City.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges and court social workers are hereby authorized to attend the consultation dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
