SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. FLORENCIO A. BRON
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 2 April 2018 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 10048, entitled "Antonia Guanlao v. Atty. Florencio A. Bron," to wit:
This refers to the Report and Recommendation dated February 12, 2018 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) on the Manifestation and Compliance of January 23, 2018, filed by respondent Atty. Florencio A. Bron, stating that in compliance with the Resolution dated November 27, 2017, he paid on January 22, 2018 the fine of P5,000.00 to the Supreme Court (SC) Cashier under Official Receipt No. 0201094, as certified by the SC Cash Collection and Disbursement Division upon the request of the OBC.
The OBC submits that to date, respondent has fully served the order of suspension as mandated in the Resolution dated December 11, 2013 and has paid the fine imposed on him in the Resolution of November 27, 2017.
The Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension imposed on Atty. Florencio A. Bron and ALLOW him to RESUME his practice of law.
