STAKEHOLDERS' CONSULTATION ON JULY 29, 2010 AT THE BAYVIEW PARK HOTEL, ROXAS BOULEVARD, MANILA

In line with their joint effort to formulate the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) as prescribed by Section 24 of Republic Act No. 9745, otherwise known as "Anti-Torture Act of 2009", the Commission on Human Rights and the Department of Justice will conduct a stakeholders' consultation on July 29, 2010 at the Bayview Park Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

In view of the foregoing, the following judges are hereby authorized to attend the said consultation on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings, to wit:

1. Hon. Georgina D. Hidalgo - Presiding Judge, Branch 68, Regional Trial Court, Lingayen, Pangasinan; and 2. Hon. Iluminada P. Cabato - Presiding Judge,Branch 59, Regional Trial Court, Baguio City, Benguet. The participants may coordinate with Atty. Brenda E.
