NEWLY ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT :

OATH TAKING OF NEWLY ELECTED RTC-COCAP OFFICERS ON 7 OCTOBER 2011

The Officers of the Regional Trial Court - Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will take their oath as newty elected Officers of the association on 7 October 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Dignitaries Lounge, Supreme Court, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jerlie P. Luis-Requerme, President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, a report within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the activity.
