For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated 11 January 2010, in Administrative Case No. 7875, entitled "Eduardo B. Fajardo v. Atty. Danilo C. Dela Torre", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, Atty. Danilo Dela Torre is, for violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility, SUSPENDED from the practice of law for three (3) months." January 29, 2010.
