TO All Revenue Officiais and Employees Concerned
SUBJECT CY 2016 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Relative to the Key Performance Indicators (KPis) used by Regional Offices. Regional Divisions, and the Revenue District Offices in the evaluation of their performance, the Operational KPis prescribed under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 36-2014 dated September 29, 2014 shall remain in force until the end of cY 2016.
However, in light of recent policy issuances/pronouncements, which include among others, the streamlining of processes and the rationalization of documentary requirements, some KP!s may no ionger be applicable or relevant. Therefore, the following KPls (as identified by the concerned Measure Owners) that have beer rendered inapplicable by such deveiopments shall no ionger be measured for CY 2016 Operational KPI purposes:

KPI No.22 on y RDO Returns Encoding ACIR, Assessment ACIR, ISDOS / Service
This Order shall take effect immediately
