OFFICERS OF THE NCJR CHAPTER OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

SPECIAL MEETING ON AUGUST 19, 2005 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM

The Officers of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), National Capital Judicial Region Chapter will hold its first special meeting on August 19, 2005 at the OCA Conference Room.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Leticia B. Agbayani, President, NCJR Chapter, COSTRAPHIL, shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
