SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AT THE GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON NOVEMBER 26-27, 1997 AT ILIGAN CITY

The UP Institute of Judicial Administration, in cooperation with the IBP Lanao del Norte Chapter, will conduct a General Law Practice Institute, on November 26-27, 1997, inviting judges, clerks of courts, branch clerks of courts and legal researchers in Region 12.

The participation and attendance of judges, clerks of courts, branch clerks of court and legal researchers will be on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that tliere is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the institute.
