AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES TO THE JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE FOR JUDGES ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SKILLS-BASED COURSE)

In addition to the participants and facilitators listed in Administrative Circular No. 22-2012, the following are hereby authorized to attend the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course)," which will be held on April 24-27, 2012, at PHILJA Training Center, Tagaytay City.

The attendance of participants and facilitator in the aforementioned activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course) and parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
