DISBARMENT OF ATTY. ENRIQUE S. CHUA FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Court En Bane dated April 30, 1999 in Administrative Case No. 4500 (Ban Hua U. Fiores vs. Atty. Enrique S. Chua), to wit:

"IN VIEW OF ALL THE FOREGOING, we find respondent ENRIQUE S. CHUA guilty of grave misconduct rendering him unworthy of continuing membership in the legal profession. He is thus ordered DISBARRED from the practice of. law and his name stricken off the Roll of Attorneys, effective immediately."
