TO: ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTOS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUSGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: REGULAR MOTHLY MEETINF ON MAY 25, 2007 AND ON JUNE 29, 2007

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting on May 25, 2007 at Max's Restaurant, Alabang-Zapote Rd., Pampiona, Las Piñas City arid on June 29, 2007 at Servando's Restaurant Rosario, Cavite, both at 11:00 o'clock in the morning.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local iunds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Reynaldo A. Alhambra, Acting Secretary General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
