SUBJECT : AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE AT THE PRESENTATION OF THE NEW CRIMINAL CODE BOOK I

Pursuant to the letter-invitation of the Honorable Leila de Lima, Secretary of Justice, dated 20 June 2012, and the marginal directive thereon of the Honorable Antonio T. Carpio, Senior Associate Justice, Supreme Court, the Executive Judge of Regional Trial Court, Cebu City, the Honorable Silvestre A. Maamo, Jr..
