SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) ON NOVEMBER 16, 2012 AT THE FACULTY OF CIVIL LAW AUDITORIUM, UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS, ESPANA, MANILA

The Working Vice-Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts will hold a seminar to discuss the implementation of the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) on November 16, 2012, Friday, 2:00 p.m., at the Faculty of Civil Law Auditorium, University of Santo Tomas, Espana, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the judges who attended the seminar to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminar.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 116-2012 dated November 5, 2012.
