ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES' ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT :

NATIONAL CONVENTION/ELECTIONS AM) SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 23, 24, and,25, 2003 at the CENTURY PARK HOTEL, MANILA

Due to conflict of schedule, the Philippine Judges' Association's National Convention/Elections and Seminar set on August 14, 15 and 16, 2003 is moved to October 23, 24 and 25 at the Century Park Hotel, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed.and parities are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of said affair.

This amends OCA Circular No. 78-2003.
