Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document No. CB-MEDIAD (FI) 81-2317 dated December 24, 1981 (in the form of letter-advice) covering the foreign investment of SAKATA SHOKAI LTD., Japan (now SAKATA INX CORPORATION) in DELSA CHEMICALS AND MULTI-PRODUCTS, INC. has been reported lost.
Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or outward remittance of profits/dividends pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
