REPUBLIC ACT NO. 744 - AN ACT PROVIDING THAT THE PUBLIC SCHOOL ESTABLISHED IN HACIENDA ESPERANZA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PONTEVEDRA, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "FELICIANO CONSING MEMORIAL SCHOOL."

AN ACT PROVIDING THAT THE PUBLIC SCHOOL ESTABLISHED IN HACIENDA ESPERANZA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PONTEVEDRA, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "FELICIANO CONSING MEMORIAL SCHOOL."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. To honor the memory of the late Feliciano Consing, the public school established in the Hacienda Esperanza in the municipality of Pontevedra, Province of Capiz, the lot of which measuring two hectares, which belonged to the said Feliciano Consing, was donated by his widow, together with the school building, to the said municipality, shall hereafter be known as the "Feliciano Consing Memorial School."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
