TO : ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE EASTERN MINDANAO REGION

SUBJECT: INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES EASTERN MINDANAO REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 24 TO 27 OCTOBER 2018 IN BUTUAN CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines Eastern Mindanao Region thru its Agusan Del Norte Chapter will hold a Regional Convention on 24 to 27 October 2018 (Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday) in Butuan City with the theme, "IBP: Partner in Change for the Common Good."

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on 24-26 October 2018 (Wednesday to Friday) on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
