SUBJECT : Publication of Statement of Condition as of 26 March 2003

By virtue of the authority vested in the Bangko Sentral by Republic Act No. 7653, a call is hereby made for the publication by your institution of its Statement of Condition (consolidated for the head office, branches and other offices) as of 26 March 2003, in accordance with the revised form (TB Form 4) and the instructions for its accomplishment contained under Circular Letter to all Thrift Banks dated 15 July 1991, as amended by Circulars 1339, 157 and 208 dated 18 May 1992, 19 March 1998 and 17 August 1999, respectively, Circular Letters dated 26 April 2000 and 27 June 2000, and Memorandum to All Banks dated November 29, 1999.  Publication of said Statement of Condition shall be done in a newspaper of general circulation in Metro Manila, or in the City/ Province/Region where your principal office is located.

The original and a copy of the Statement of Conditions (TB Form 4) shall be submitted to the appropriate supervising departments before publication within twelve (12) banking days from receipt of this call.

A copy of the Statement of Condition as published, together with the publisher's certificate, shall also be submitted to the appropriate supervising departments within twenty (20) banking days from receipt of this call.
