ALL CONCERNED JUDGES, COURT PERSONNEL, LAWYERS, PARTY LITIGANTS, AND COURT USERS

RE: EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINES FOR THE FILING OF ANY AND ALL PLEADINGS AND OTHER COURT SUBMISSIONS WITH THE SUPREME COURT IN LIGHT OF SUPER TYPHOON ODETTE

In light of the onslaught of super typhoon Odette that adversely affected practically all of the provinces and cities in Bicol, Palawan, the Visayas and Mindanao causing severe and extensive damage to government infrastructure including halls of justice and private property as well as power and communication services, the filing of any and all pleadings and other court submissions with the Supreme Court are SUSPENDED from December 20, 2021 to January 3, 2022.

The filing periods of any and all pleadings and other court submissions that fell due or would fall due during the said period are hereby EXTENDED for seven (7) calendar days counted from January 4, 2022.
