Security Authority;

The Chief of Constabulary and Director General

Integrated National Police;

The Commandant, Philippine Coast Guard; The President, Safety Organization of the Philippines,

Inc.; and

The President, Institute of Integrated Electrical

Engineers, Incorporated.

In view of the fact that the Philippine Fire Protection Association, Inc. (PFPA) has ceased to operate since August 31, 1981 and in consonance with the objectives of integrated effort on fire safety, Presidential Letter of Instruction No. 727, dated August 4, 1981 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the Philippine Fire Protection Association, Inc. and replacing said member with the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers, Incorporated.

The President of the Integrated Electrical Engineers, Incorporated shall assume the duties and responsibilities of the President of the Philippine Fire Protection Association, Inc., relative to the National Fire Safety Council.
