SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON OCTOBER 3, 2003 at 10:00 A.M. AT THE PHILJA CONFERENCE ROOM

The Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (Jacophil) will hold its second National Board Meeting at the old PHILJA Conference Room on October 3, 2003.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding

Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
