TO : THE CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE QC-HOJ MULTI- PURPOSE COOPERATIVE OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF QUEZON CITY

SUBJECT : 11 TH NATIONAL COOPERATIVE SUMMIT ON OCTOBER 10 TO 12, 2012 AT LIMKETKAI, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Philippine Cooperative Center, in partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority, will hold its 11 th National Cooperative Summit on October 10 to 12, 2012 at Limketkai, Cagayan de Oro City.

In connection therewith, the following officers of the QC-HOJ Multi­ purpose Cooperative of the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City are hereby authorized to attend the summit:

1. Atty. Perlita V. Ele Clerk of Court VII RTC, OCC, Quezon City

2. Ms. Renalyn L. Peña Court Librarian II RTC, OCC, Quezon City

3. Mr. Edwin F. Viray Clerk III RTC, Branch 90, Quezon City

The attendance of the above-named officers of the cooperative shall be on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Perlita V. Ele, Vice-Chairperson of the Cooperative, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the summit.
