ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

10 TH ANNUAL CONVENTION ON SEPTEMBER 1-5, 2008 AT BACOLOD CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 10 th Annual Convention on September 1-5, 2008 at the Bacolod Paviilion Hotel Resort and Restaurant, Bacolod City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja, Secretary-General of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said convention.
