Interbank foreign exchange transactions
CBP MEMORANDUM Series of 1992
To: Authorized Agent Banks
Effective 3 August 1992, all interbank foreign exchange transactions, whether spot or forward, shall cease to be dealt on the Foreign Exchange Trading Floor of the Bankers Association of the Philippines and shall, instead, be dealt off-floor.
This supersedes MAAB No. 10 dated 23 November 1987.
