To : ALL BANKS AND NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Subject : Katipunan Bank, Inc. “A Rural Bank” – Authority to Operate as a Consolidated Bank
Please be informed that the Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 439 dated 7 April 2006, approved the consolidation of Rural Bank of Katipunan (ZN), Inc. and Plaza Rural Bank, Inc. with the consolidated bank to be known as Katipunan Bank, Inc. “A Rural Bank”.
The Bank started its operation as a consolidated bank on 1 May 2008.
