REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3103 - AN ACT EXTENDING TO TEN MORE YEARS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACTUAL GRANT UNDER COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE.

AN ACT EXTENDING TO TEN MORE YEARS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACTUAL GRANT UNDER COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The term of the contractual grant under Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred eighty-five is hereby extended to ten more years from the date the original term of twenty-five years shall have expired, subject to the same terms and conditions.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
