AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS OF THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL REGION IN THE 11th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level courts of the Eighth Judicial Region are enjoined to attend and participate in the 11 th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) to be held from February 15 to 17, 2006 at the Leyte Park Hotel, Tacloban City, under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA).

Sessions for the judges will be from February 15 to 17, 2006. Clerks of court and branch clerks of court who are members of the bar shall attend the sessions on February 15 and 16, 2006, while those who are not members of the bar will attend the sessions of February 16, 2006 only.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
