TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT : REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON 30 TO 31 JULY 2015 IN DAVAO CITY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their regular monthly meeting on 30 to 31 July 2015 in Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Rosalyn M. Loja, Deputy Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit a report of the meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
