SUBJECT:

1 st REGIONAL MEETING AND ASSEMBLY OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. (PHILACI, INC)

The 1 st Regional Meeting and Assembly of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI, INC.) - Region I scheduled on February 17, 2006 has been moved to March 31, 2006 at Lito De Guzman's Residence, White House, Paringao, Bauang, La Union.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Lourdes M. Hufalar, Regional Representative of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
