AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION VII IN THE 3rd REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court of first and second level trial courts of Region VII are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Levef 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 27 to 29 April 2005 at the Crown Regency Hotel, Cebu City.

Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar shall attend the sessions from 27 to 28 April 2005, while those who are not members of the Bar shall attend the sessions of 27 April 2005 only.

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site are reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
