SUBJECT: LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. ROBERTO E. EXAMEN

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 18, July 2017 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 10132, entitled "Heirs of Pedro Alilano, represented by David Alilano vs. Atty. Roberto E. Examen," to wit:

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to

(a) LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law and disqualification from being commissioned as notary public imposed on Atty. Roberto E. Examen in the Decision dated March 24, 2015;

(b) ALLOW Atty. Examen to RESUME his practice of law; and

(c) ALLOW Atty. Examen to file a petition for his notarial commission before the commissioning court of jurisdiction.
