For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 14 July 2008, in Administrative Case No. 7747, entitled "Catherine and Henry Yu vs. Atty. Antoniutti K. Palana", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Antoniutti K. Palana is hereby DISBARRED, and his name is ORDERED STRICKEN from the Roll of Attorneys. Let Copy of this Decision be entered in his record as a member of the Bar; and let notice of the same be served on the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and on the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts in the country."

Respondent received personally this resolution on 22 July 2008 as he affixed his signature opposite his typewritten name in the first page of the Notice of Judgment dated 14 July 2008 . To date, respondent Antoniutti K. Palana has not filed motion for reconsideration thereof.
