The Cebu Court Appointed Special Advocate/Guardian Ad Litem (CASA/GAL) Volunteers' Association, Inc. Cebu will hold its 1st National Convention on September 22 and 23, 2011 at the Rizal Memorial Library and Museum Building, Sinulog Hall, Osmena Blvd., Cebu City.
