AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CLERKS OF COURT OR CLERKS IN CHARGE OF SMALL CLAIMS CASES IN FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION XII IN THE TRAINING ON THE SMALL CLAIMS CASE MONITORING SYSTEM

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in coordination with the Office of the Court Administrator and the Prograpi Management Office, and in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, will conduct the Training on the Small Claims Case Monitoring System (SC2MS Hotel, Davao City.

The Branch Clerks of Court or; the Clerks in Charge of Small Claims Cases in First Level Trial Courts of Region XII are the designated participants. First Level Clerks of Court from Region X who failed to attend the training conducted last December 2011 are included tfi> participate in this training activity.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
