TO: ALL JUDGES AND COURT EMPLOYEES OF BULACAN

SUBJECT: COURT'S WASTE MANAGEMENT PROJECT

The RTC Judges Association of Bulacan, Inc. (RTCJAB) and the Bulacan Court Employees Association, Inc. (BULCEA) in coordination with the Executive Judge, Hon. Petrita Braga-Dime will launch the "Court's Waste Management Project". The said project includes the conduct of seminar on proper waste disposal, segregation and recycling among employees holding office at the Hail of Justice and Bulwagan ng Katarungan on March 5, 2008 at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Maiolos, Bulacan from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, as well as the installation of waste bins for garbage segregation and disposal in strategic location in the said premises.

In connection therewith, Judges and Court Employees particularly the Clerks of Court and Utility Workers (including the Maintenance and Janitorial Services Staff) are authorized to attend the event on OFFICIAL TIME but the judges should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advanced of any cancelled hearing.
