AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE WINNERS OF THE 2005 SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER JUDICIAL OFFICERS, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE JUDICIAL EXCELLENCE AWARDS, AT THE TENTH CHIEF JUSTICE HILARIO G. DAVIDE JR. DISTINGUISHED LECTURE SERIES

The Supreme Court of the Philippines through the Philippine Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the Far Eastern University Institute of Law, will told the tenth lecture under the Chief Justice Mario G. Davide, Jr. Distinguished Lecture Series entitled, "The Totality of Reforms," to be delivered by Honorable Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, on 19 October 2005, 3:00 p.m., at the Far Eastern University Auditorium, Nicanor Reyes St., Manila.

The winners of the 2005 Search for Outstanding Judges, Clerks of Court and other Judicial Officers, otherwise known as the Judicial Excellence Awards, namely. Judge Eduardo I. Tanguanco, Judge Marissa Macaraig-Guillen, Judge Mario V. Lopez, Judge Simeon P. Dumdum, Jr., Judge Francisco Roberto D. Quilala, Judge Antonina B. Escovilla, Judge Ma. Theresa Dolores C. Gomez-Estoesta, Atty. Ana Candida N. Casino, Atty. Joyce Kho Mirabueno, and Ms. Marichu Teresa Simpao-Taguilaso, are hereby enjoined to attend the lecture.

Attendance in the lecture is on OFFICIAL TIME.

The Judges shall see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing. The Clerks of Court shall ensure that their responsibilities would not be neglected.

Registration will start at 2:00 p.m. and the Judicial Reforms exhibit will open at 2:30 p.m.
